Head of Reporting and Analytics Section

Bank of Palestine is seeking to recruit a qualified candidate for the position of “Head of Reporting and Analytics Section” 

Report: Head of Data Analytics Department.

Location: Ramallah

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Reporting and Analytics team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely, and accurate data outputs that align with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPI reports tailored for C-level executives and General Management, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with other teams within the Data Analytics department to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in reporting standards and practices.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand and assess reporting requirements, translating them into effective and actionable data products.
• Deliver clear, concise, and actionable insights to senior stakeholders to support both strategic and operational business decisions.
• Promote a data-driven culture by effectively communicating analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in reporting and analytics, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong command of SQL and hands-on experience with Power BI (mandatory).
• Preferred experience with other BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Qlik, Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, or IBM Cognos.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
• Leadership experience in managing analytics or reporting teams.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
• Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
