Analysis purpose and objectives
The key purpose of this assignment is conducting a conflict analysis focused on conflict profiles in the operational context of the programme and a mapping study to identify potential Peace Environmental CSOs registered in Israel that would collaborate with the PAIC organisations in the programme. This assignment is also to enhance We Effect and partners understanding of the causes and dynamics of conflict(s) in areas where the programme is implemented, as well as its impact on the programme operations and understanding how to interact with conflict in the context of program to mitigate unintended negative effects, and to influence conflict positively wherever possible through program interventions. The analysis will also provide quality inputs and strategic road map for We Effect to effectively engage enhancing capacities for peace at the community level. In addition to that the analysis will identify the required capacity gap and training needs within the consortium (We Effect and PAIC) for delivering effective conflict-sensitive programmes in the targeted communities, to maximise its positive impact on the current conflict.
