Junior Business Development Officer
Position Summary:
The Junior Business Development Officer will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships, supporting the execution of business development strategies, delivering presentations, and ensuring excellent customer care. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a desire to grow within the healthcare and insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Client Support
- Serve as a key point of contact for assigned client accounts (insurance companies and self-insured organizations).
- Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting the operational integration process.
- Monitor client satisfaction and service quality, ensuring timely resolution of issues in coordination with internal departments.
- Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly reports, KPIs, and usage analytics to clients.
Customer Care & Relationship Building
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
- Actively gather client feedback and escalate issues requiring management attention.
- Assist in coordinating client meetings, reviews, and training sessions for client staff.
Sales Presentations & Business Development
- Support senior management in preparing customized sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
- Participate in client meetings, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and promote services.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activity.
- Maintain CRM and business development records in an organized and timely manner.

Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client services, sales, or account management—preferably in insurance, healthcare, or TPA services.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Attributes:
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance models, especially self-insured funds and medical claims workflows.
- Familiarity with TPA systems or health informatics platforms.
- Fluent English and Arabic.
