Unipal is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Brand Officer to become a valuable part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive commercial business growth for multinational brands
- Analyze & interpret data and use tools (Excel, data visualization)
- Develop creative solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, finance, media agencies)
- Manage brand strategy and product positioning to meet market demands
- Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies to optimize sales
- Monitor sales, distribution & merchandising for brands on hand
- Work on pricing, forecasting and budget management
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility
- Oversee the execution of promotional activities and events
- Support the launch of new products and monitor their success

Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English
- Strong Problem-solving skills
- Creativity and resourcefulness
- Knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint..)
Qualifications:
- No specific degree required, but a BA/MA in business or business related field (marketing, economics, accounting, etc) is preferred
- Open to candidates with or without experience (training provided)
