Masrouji Group is seeking a highly qualified Application Specialist.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understanding the current business apps inside the Masrouji Group and providing enhancement to them for best practice scenarios.
• Analyze business information to identify process improvements and develop these improvements when it is required.
• Developing MIS documentation to allow smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
• Developing Applications and tools to increase business outcome, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Evaluating applications security and providing suggested procedures and tools to enhance the security level.
• Giving suggestions and helping in implementing AI and machine learning technologies and automation processes when needed.
• Participating in the IT security procedures implementation and evaluation. 
• Identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements.
• Providing management and maintenance to the existing systems, apps, and solutions to operate in the most ideal way.
• Provide IT support and remote support when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in management information system, Computer Engineering or Computer Science,
• 2-5 years’ experience in similar field.
• Software Development experience is a must.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn about recent technologies and adapt to changing IT environments
