Location East Jerusalem office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing contracts.
- Answering phone calls.
- Follow up with customers and suppliers.
- Filing contracts, insurance & licenses.
- Maintain and update contact details of customers & suppliers.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Skills and experience:
- Diploma in office management or any other related field.
- Very good in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Knowledge in Hebrew language is an asset.
- Very good computer skills.
- Knowledge in MS office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
- Valid Driving license.
