Al-Raed Group is seeking to fill the position of Admin Assistant/Receptionist (AAR) as the front line person, to be based in Ramallah
The post aim to provide support services and assistance in Al-Raed Group for both staff and visitors and shall interact with all staff and visitors in an efficient manner. She will perform a variety of clerical and administrative support tasks and work under a designated supervisor in delivering services related to human resources, administration and finance as appropriate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Administration and Reception
-Equipment and Work Area Maintenance.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
-Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
-Take and relay messages.
-Provide information to callers.
-Greet visitors and monitor visitors access.
-Provide general administrative support.
-Update employee attendance and visitors’ record.
Education: Completion of university degree majoring in Business Administration or equivalent.
Language: Very Good written and spoken skills in English and Arabic.
Experience: Have at least 1 year of working experience.
Knowledge: Microsoft Office and Excellent knowledge of computer applications and internet usage.
Office Management, Ability to operate standard office equipment and filing, Team player, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, and tight deadlines, Attention to details and accuracy.
