Position Details:

  • ensuring that the secretariat runs smoothly
  • meeting the administrative needs of the office independently
  • ensuring good communication and flow of information within the company and partners
  • ensuring administrative filing and financial management are applicable
  • working on Bisan accounting software
  • managing procurement and sales logistics
  • organises and coordinates appointments for the executive manager
  • manages incoming and outgoing correspondence (post, fax, email) and prioritises, organises and replies to it
  • procuring of goods and services required for the company
  • preparing and maintaining inventory lists and monitoring the availability of resources
  • helps organise activities, if needed and site visits throughout the West Bank
  • participates in internal and external meetings and follow-ups on agreements
  • reports and handles damage/defects in office furnishings and equipment
  • creates and maintain a filing system for the office, treats information confidentially, specifically in the areas of personnel and finance
  • updates the filing system daily with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • financial management, cash withdrawals, maintaining the cashbook, preparing and entering vouchers
  • preparing administrative receipts and vouchers for booking and VAT issues
  • managing and monitoring the monthly accounting and financial plans
  • performs other duties and tasks at the request of management

متطلبات الوظيفة

Qualifications

  • University degree in relevant specialisation and qualification in accounting and/or business administration

Professional experience

  • At least 1-3 years’ professional experience in a comparable position

Other knowledge, additional competences

  • good working knowledge of ITC technologies (related software, phone, fax, email, the internet) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office)
  • fluent in English
  • good management and organisational skills
  • customer and service-oriented attitude
  • ability to work under stressful conditions and self-initiator
  • willingness to upskill as required by the tasks to be performed – corresponding measures are agreed with management
