Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
-Managing the implementation of Wataniya Mobile Career Path.
-Conducting assessment for employees who are subject to career path and tracking their development against the advancement criteria.
-Recommending action plans and training programs for underperformance employees who didn’t meet the career path advancement criteria.
-Providing employees with advice and consultation relating to career path changes.
-Identifying functional and behavioural competencies for each position and the required level of proficiency of each competency in coordination with departments’ heads.
-Coordinating and participating in training programs creation, aligned with each position career path.
-Developing specialized retention/development program for key positions.
-Managing the nomination process of participation in leadership programs.
-Discussing internal career opportunities with high potentials employees on regular basis.
-Any other related tasks as required by direct supervisor.
Experience & Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in similar positions.
-Bachelor‘s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related Filed.
-Excellent understanding of career path and HR best practices and methodologies.
-Practical knowledge of Oracle HRMS is a plus.
-Knowledge of Succession planning is a plus.
Skills:
-Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills.
-Strong analytical and needs assessment skills.
-Proficiency with MS Office suit (mainly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
