Job Summary
We’re seeking a driven and self-motivated Remote Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to product demonstration, closing, onboarding handover, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients (B2B logistics companies, fulfillment centers, e-commerce enablers, etc.) through digital outreach, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Product Demonstration: Conduct remote product demos tailored to client needs, showcasing the benefits of our Delivery and Warehouse Management solutions.

- Sales Conversion: Negotiate, close deals, and manage contracts in collaboration with the commercial manager and legal/finance teams when needed.

- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and follow-ups using the company's CRM tools.

- Client Handover: Ensure smooth handover to the onboarding and customer success teams, documenting all relevant account and technical information.

- Market Feedback: Gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to inform internal strategy.

- Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to regional expansion plans.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in logistics, SaaS, or tech sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools for sales, presentations, CRM, and virtual meetings.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Based in Jordan or Lebanon with reliable internet connectivity.

Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of the logistics or e-commerce fulfillment industry.
- Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, basecamp).
- Fluent in French
