About the Role

As the Head of Marketing at LogesTechs, you'll own the strategy, execution, and performance of all marketing efforts across digital channels, paid campaigns, content, and events. You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and design to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and communicate our value to the market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management
- Oversee presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Ensure regular content publishing (3+ posts/week), including stories and engagement activities.
- Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and community interactions.

2. Website Management
- Maintain and update the company website with accurate, current content.
- Ensure the site is functional, high-performing, and aligned with brand goals.

3. Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms.
- Monitor performance to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

4. Email Marketing
- Run email campaigns via HubSpot: content creation, segmentation, A/B testing, analytics.

5. Performance Reporting
- Track KPIs and campaign outcomes.
- Provide regular performance reports to internal stakeholders.

6. Lead Management Coordination
- Oversee marketing-sourced leads in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.

7. Content Development
- Write and edit content for: Sales collateral (decks, one-pagers)
Website copy
- Blogs, event materials, and campaigns

8. Creative Collaboration
- Work with the graphic designer to create visual content (social assets, infographics, videos, etc.).

9. Strategy & Process Development
- Define and refine KPIs, OKRs, and SOPs for the marketing department.
Streamline processes to increase efficiency and scalability.

10. Event Preparation & Representation
- Plan and manage company participation in key industry events (e.g., LEAP, Seamless).
- Coordinate logistics, design support materials, and ensure effective pre- and post-event marketing.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing or a similar digital marketing leadership role.
- Strong copywriting, project management, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and social ad platforms.
- Ability to lead strategy while also executing on the ground.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
