RED NOSES Palestine (RNPS) is part of RED NOSES International, a global artistic organisation that brings humour and laughter to people in need of joy. Through the art of healthcare clowning, we bring light moments to patients, children, the elderly, and people in crisis across the West Bank. With creativity, empathy, and resilience, our team of professional clowns and staff members work every day to uplift those going through some of life’s hardest moments.

We are currently looking for a passionate and skilled Projects and Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

Your Role

As the Projects and Development Coordinator, you will support RNPS in developing, managing, and monitoring projects, as well as identifying and securing fundraising opportunities. You will be supervised directly by the Managing Director and work closely with the RNPS team and our international colleagues at RED NOSES International.

Your Responsibilities

• Support project development from concept to implementation
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities and donor partnerships
• Prepare high-quality proposals, reports, and donor communication materials
• Monitor project performance, ensure proper documentation and timely reporting
• Coordinate with RNPS and RNI teams to align strategies and share knowledge
• Contribute to strategic planning, internal learning, and process improvement
• Manage project data and communication using Microsoft 365 and Teams

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project development and/or fundraising
• Strong writing and communication skills in Arabic and English
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team
• Familiarity with the humanitarian, cultural, or non-profit sectors is a plus
