BCI is intending to recruit a highly qualified individual to fill the position of:

Procurement Supervisor.                    Ref. No (HR-PS-01)

Main responsibilities:

  • Identify, negotiate, and process purchase orders (POs), contracts, and framework agreements in accordance with policies and required pre-approvals.
  • Maintain accurate and auditable records of all procurement activities, ensuring high compliance with established procedures.
  • Plan and engage with requesters to understand contract specifications, and liaise with suppliers to assess delivery capabilities for effective market engagement.
  • Incorporate sustainable procurement requirements and compliance with authority levels into contracts and framework agreements, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Conduct efficient and collaborative procurement processes that are compliant with corporate policies (including advising, tendering, evaluation, awarding, and contract management), delivering high-value commercial outcomes.
  • Develop supplier, category, and market insights through performance management, research, and stakeholder briefings to effectively manage commercial aspects across the procurement cycle.
  • Prepare timely and accurate management reports related to stakeholder engagement and procurement lifecycle, supporting performance tracking and outcome delivery.
  • Engage in continuous professional development.
  • Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned by the direct Manager.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Technical background is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Office.
  • Valid driving license
