The Investment Climate Improvement (ICI) Project is seeking qualified
Procurement Managers
ICI is a USAID-funded program operating in Ramallah, West Bank that will be ongoing through
August, 2013 that focuses on providing assistance to the Palestinian Authority in the areas of fiscal
and policy reform.
Qualifications:
-Fluent English and Arabic skills;
-At least 2 years of recent USAID program experience;
-At least 5 years of procurement experience, and;
-Extensive regulatory and specifically Mission Order 21 knowledge and experience.
