Presales Cyber Security

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Cyber ​​Security customer and market requirements, including regulations and standards.
• Provide technical pre-sales support to various entities including existing customers and potential customers for the purpose of promoting and selling products/solutions.
• Develop solutions and plan, organize, create, and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoC) in coordination with Presales Manager and BDM when required.
• Manage the sales bid process by responding to RFI's and RFP's in coordination with Presales Manager and BDM.
• Work closely with Sales team to ensure successful closure of sales process.
• Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirements - both technical and business, and clearly articulate and communicate to the sales team, and document them.
• Demonstrate personal flexibility and focused delivery to ensure the delivery of quality solutions and increase customer satisfaction
• Keep abreast of market trends, products and competitors' landscapes.

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology preferably in Cyber ​​Security or Networking.
• At least 3+ years of direct experience as a presales or sales engineer or any similar role.
• Up to date with Cyber ​​Security solution with very good knowledge in Cyber ​​Security platforms and products.
• Ability to communicate value proposition of the products to sales team and diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Can work under high pressure and handle crisis situations professionally.
• Strong ethical work, demonstrated attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English Language (written/oral).
• Hold a Driving License and preferably have a car.
