We are currently seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Lawyer to join our legal team. 

Position Title: Lawyer 
Location: Ramallah, Palestine 
Experience Required: 3 to 6 years 
Employment Type: Full-time 
Language: English (Fluency required) 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide legal counsel on land, construction, and real estate matters. 

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements. 

• Represent the company before courts, legal authorities, and government entities. 

• Manage and resolve legal disputes efficiently. 

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across all company operations. 
• Handle and represent the company in legal matters related to international and multinational corporate contracts.

  المهام والمسؤوليات: 

  • تقديم الاستشارات القانونية في مجالات الأراضي، والإنشاءات، والعقارات. 
  • إعداد ومراجعة العقود والاتفاقيات والمستندات القانونية. 
  • تمثيل الشركة أمام المحاكم والجهات الرسمية والحكومية. 
  • إدارة وتسوية النزاعات القانونية بكفاءة. 
  • ضمان التزام الشركة بالقوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها. 
  • تمثيل الشركة في القضايا القانونية المتعلقة بالعقود الدولية ومتعددة الجنسيات.

• Bachelor's degree in law from an accredited university. 

• Proven experience of 3 to 6 years, particularly in land, construction, and real estate law. 

• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). 

• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills. 

المؤهلات: 

• شهادة بكالوريوس في القانون من جامعة معترف بها. 

• خبرة عملية مثبتة من 3 إلى 6 سنوات، لا سيما في قضايا الأراضي والإنشاءات والعقارات. 

• إتقان تام للغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة ومحادثة). 

• معرفة قوية بالقوانين والإجراءات المحلية. 

• مهارات تواصل وتحليل وتفاوض ممتازة. 

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق.
