Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare high-quality meals with consistency and creativity.
- Oversee kitchen staff, including training and scheduling.
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus.

Job Requirements
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience as a *Head Cook, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager*.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, pro-active, patient, and service-oriented with a can-do approach.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking and organizational skills, hard-working, driven, pro-active, attentive to details and with a positive attitude.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- High proficiency in both Arabic and Hebrew.
- Jerusalem resident with Jerusalem ID.
- Creative flair and passion for culinary excellence.
