Full-Time Position

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare high-quality meals with consistency and creativity.
  • Oversee kitchen staff, including training and scheduling.
  • Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
  • Collaborate with management to develop menus.

Job Requirements

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a *Head Cook, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager*.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, pro-active, patient, and service-oriented with a can-do approach.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong networking and organizational skills, hard-working, driven, pro-active, attentive to details and with a positive attitude.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • High proficiency in both Arabic and Hebrew.
  • Jerusalem resident with Jerusalem ID.
  • Creative flair and passion for culinary excellence.
