Data Engineer
Role Summary:
Responsible for supporting and developing data operations, monitoring data pipelines, and ensuring data availability and quality across the organization. This role provides hands-on support to business and analytics teams by ensuring that data flows are efficient, accurate, and timely.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Handle daily operational tasks related to data loading, transformation, and validation.

Monitor and support data pipelines and scheduled jobs to ensure successful execution and performance.

Investigate and resolve data mismatches, delays, or anomalies reported by internal teams.

Support business and analytics teams by fulfilling data-related queries and assisting with source-to-target validation.

Ensure availability and reliability of key data sources, especially for critical reports and dashboards.

Other related responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong understanding of SQL for querying, analyzing, and debugging data.

Familiarity with data pipelines, data warehousing concepts, and ETL workflows.

Knowledge in NiFi, Spark & Airflow is a plus.
-
Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
