Android Developer – IoT & Communication Systems

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Android Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of IoT products and modern communication tools. You’ll work alongside senior engineers on Android applications, backend services, and integrated systems. If you're excited about connected devices, mobile technologies, and learning across the stack, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Android-based applications for IoT products.
  
  
• Participate in software development throughout the product lifecycle, including implementation, testing, deployment, and updates.
  
  
• Collaborate with teammates to integrate Android apps with backend services and connected devices.
  
  
• Assist in maintaining backend services and databases under the guidance of senior engineers.
  
  
• Learn and apply best practices in DevOps, including CI/CD workflows and container-based deployment.
  
  
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
  
  
• Document bugs, features, and enhancements using shared tools and processes.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Android development (Java or Kotlin).
  
  
• Exposure to or interest in IoT systems and communication protocols.
  
  
• Basic understanding of backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python) and SQL databases.
  
  
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  
  
• Eagerness to learn about DevOps tools and modern development workflows.
  
  
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to JavaScript frameworks like React or SvelteKit.
  
  
• Familiarity with MQTT, WebSockets, or real-time communication basics.
  
  
• Experience working with Docker or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
  
  
• Interest in mobile communication, device management, or edge computing.
