Job Description

 .Provides adminastrive support to ensure efficient operation of the office

.Answers calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors

.Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning ...etc

.Exhibits polite and professional communication

Ensures operation of office equipment by arranging maintinance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventory

.Provides information by answering questions and requests, mostly via social media

.Maintains office supply inventory, Ltd. All Rights Reserved.

Job Requirements

.Bachelors degree in business administration or any related field

.Excellent communication skills

.Fluency in English

.Excellent computer skills, MS Word, Excel, Outlook
