-Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
-Experience in direct sales and excellent social networking skills.
-Well-connected with the wide range of Palestinian communities in Jordan
-Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
-Fluent in English and Arabic (written/oral).
-Excellent understanding of sales cycle and process.
-Motivated by targets.
-Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles. Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or comments from clients, coworkers, supervisor and/or management.
-Ability to make effective presentations on general topics to a large group of employees, clients and/or management.
-Ability to motivate employees and client groups to take desired action.
-Proficiency in math and calculations related to mortgage lending and finance; in depth knowledge of financial terms and principles.
-Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in varying situations.
-Excellent communication, time management, analytical and quantitative skills.
-Foreign Passport that allows entry into the West Bank or West Bank or Jerusalem ID.
-High work ethics and professionalism.
-Valid driver’s license.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Generate leads, market, and sell UCI’s real-estate products to Palestinians living in the Middle East, primarily the sale of parcels of land through UCI’s TABO Project.
-Achieve aggressive monthly targets.
-Make direct telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
-Monitor progress of sales and preparation of periodic progress reports.
-Follow the instructions set out in UCI’s Sales Manual and adhere to UCI’s sales policies.
-Present financing options, follow up with customers, and coordinate between customers and banks or mortgage institutions to complete the funding process.
-Conduct oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
-Manage the implementation of business development activities in order to attract new clients.
- Manage budget and operational components of sales office.
-Participate in trade shows and conventions.
