Akram Sbitany & Sons Company is the leading company for the importing marketing and servicing of Electrical Appliances, Electronics, Commercial and Residential Air Conditions, Mobile phones and IT Products in the Palestinian market. We are currently seeking applicable candidates to fill in the following position at the company headquarters in Jerusalem:
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Tight follow up with suppliers for required documents.
-Daily follow up with customs broker.
-Filling reports for all coming shipments.
-Securing the SII approval TAKEN for logistics.
-Coordinate with logistics department.
-Coordinate with all supporting departments.
-Issuing daily import reports.
Skills and experience
-Diploma in office management or any related field with 1 year if experience in a similar position.
-Good command of English and Excellent in Hebrew. (Speaking- Reading-Writing).
-Jerusalem ID holder.
-Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
-Excellent follow up skills.
-Excellent Communication skills.
