Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
-Handle Vas applications operations and configurations
-Follow up with vender to solve  trouble tickets and incidents
-Handle incidents  and troubleshoot applications problems
-Handle and monitor VAS applications updates and upgrades with the vendor.
-Participate in application integration with other network elements.
-Prepare and execute test scenarios and test Plans of Vas services (UAT, APT) .
-Participate in preparing  system operation procedures and  related documents
-Trace and analysis problems between VAS platforms and other network elements mainly HLR, MSC, GPRS and IN.
-Monitor and maintain all interfaces between VAS platforms  and other network elements.
-Prepare required statistical reports.
-Handle end user complaints on VAS related services within SLA.
-Work closely with 2nd and 3rd line support to solve customer’s  complains
-Perform proactive maintenance procedures (daily, weekly and monthly) to keep systems within required performance.
-Prepare and submit activity reports for projects and day to day operations ( daily, weekly, monthly, and on demand)
-Work closely with VAS platform vender to update, upgrade, and enhance systems availability, continuity, and performance.
-Monitor  system capacity (HW, SW, licenses) to  meet business requirements

Experience & Qualifications:
-Minimum of  2 years experience in related / similar role.
-Knowledge   in GSM principal
-Experience in SS7 signalling
-Experience in TCP/IP suite
-Experience in mediation, roaming, and messaging platforms

Skills:
-Handle tasks under work pressure
-Ability to work for long hours
-Ability to handle system support 24/7
-Strong oral and written communication skills.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Computer Literacy knowledge (Microsoft).
-Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
-Proficiency with MS Office suit (mainly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Excellent Team work and organizational skills.
-Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
