Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
-Creating needed processes and procedures for Corporate Account Management Unit and tracking adherence to business roles.
-Attending Corporate Account Management team meetings, Preparing minutes of meetings, following-up on actions’ status with concerned team members.
-Organizing daily activities of Sales Operations related to Corporate Account Management Unit.
-Following up on incoming requests/ with other departments (Marketing, Customer Care, Technical, etc)
-Informing & updating team members about updated offers & services to corporate customers.
-Assuring information flow of new marketing promotions/campaigns to all team members within the unit.
-Receiving & managing all types of forms/requisitions related to the unit.
-Handling all official correspondences with corporate customers as needed.
-Providing periodical reports related to collections, solving pending issues/requests, and as requested.
-Coordinating sales orders and process issues within the CAM channels and supporting Executives in the process of all orders.
-Support availability of all logistic supplies/requirements to the team (PCs, Stationary, HR documents…).
Experience & Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a support role.
-Organized with excellent follow-up skills.
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information system, or any related field.
Skills:
-Ability to multi-task and working independently.
-Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
-Strong oral and written communication skills.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Excellent computer Literacy knowledge, with emphasis on Excel.
-Strong character and leadership skills
