Title: Roaming Jr. Specialist
Location: Ramallah

Responsibilities:
   
-Managing log term commercial projects.
-Developing new business  projects strategy and commercial alliances.
-developing roaming road map including roaming services.
-Driving International & national (In-Roamers & Out-Roamers) revenue.
-Initiating National & International roaming tie ups.
-Monitoring the usage & revenue towards National & International roaming.
-Handling International roaming complaints and coordinating between other departments in this regard.
-Developing content for roaming services collaterals & web sites.
-Working closely with marketing, sales, and customer care teams to develop sales tools and training materials.
-Work closely with marketing and technical teams to develop roaming offers.

Requirements:
   
-Minimum of Two years experience in Product management and Roaming practice knowledge.
-Bachelor degree in Engineering (telecom / computer systems) or Business related field, MBA is a plus.
-Proven ability to manage complex products across the full life cycle.
-Ability to develop and manage business cases.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-Demonstrated Team work and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
