Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

-Producing Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of Network operation Performance.
-Enforcing adherence to the network / IT processes and quality control measures.
-Managing the service availability for all IT & Network nodes, and coordinate with other departments for enhancing the nodes / services availability
-Performing deep analysis to determine the root cause, solving & preventive actions of major outages.
-Scheduling Planned Work Activities (PWA) to be managed in complaints with SLAs.
-Making sure that notifications are sent in a timely manner.

Experience & Education:
-Bachelor degree in Telecom/Computer/Electrical or equivalent.
-1 year experience in related field, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Skills & Qualifications:
-Possessing System analysis and information technology skills.
-Basic Knowledge with query tools, SQL/PL SQL, and UNIX OS is a plus.
-Good communication & Analytical skills.
-Motivated team player.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Good English (oral and written).
-Computer Literacy knowledge.
