West Bank Training Coordinator

Full-time position based in Ramallah to begin July 1, 2010. The Training Coordinator will manage all aspects of AMIDEAST’s
English language and professional skills training programs for individuals and private sponsors.

Qualified applicants will meet the following criteria:
-Bachelor’s degree in English, education, business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
-Minimum five years of work experience, at least three in the education/training sector
-Experience working in a fast paced professional office setting
-Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English language skills
-Experience using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
-Strong interpersonal communication skills, customer service orientation, and positive attitude
-Detail-oriented, highly organized and a proven ability to multi-task
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team and be self-directed and motivated
-Experience developing training programs and supervising trainers
-Familiarity with AMIDEAST English language and professional skills training desirable but not required
