Job Description

A leading human capital development local company is looking for a competent Training Sales Manager to manage its Training Division. The manager will lead the sales process including planning, Marketing, Sales (phone and in person), Customer service, coordination, monitoring and evaluation. He/she is also Expected to possess professional integrity, develop trust in the company services and among participants and ensure world-class service to the community at large.

 

Department Roles

  • Contribute to annual training plan
  • Responsible for implementing annual training plan
  • Supervise training sales department team
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Report on all sales department affairs, targets, staff, etc

 

Business Development & Sales

  • Develop a full implementation work plan for training courses/projects
  • Target new and existing individual and business clients
  • Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events
  • Follow up on leads generated through research and promotional events
  • Coordinate for training programs and training-related content
  • Analyze sales trends, track unit sales, and generate reports
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of each project
  • Collect customers’ needs, industry information and track offerings by competition
  • Prepare technical training offers
  • Supervise Project Associates’ performance

 

General

  • Conduct any other relevant task assigned to him/her
  • Report to management as per company policy
  • Comply with company standard operating procedures Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

متطلبات الوظيفة

Requirements:

  • BA degree in Business Administration or relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years experience in a relevent field
  • Computer proficient, especially online research, email (Outlook), Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good Arabic and English language
  • Ability to multitask
  • Punctual, self-starter and energetic, along with being a team player
  • Ability to think creatively and lead
  • Problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills

 

Compensation:

  • Basic salary and sales commissions that are expected to reach (1,700-1,900) USD
