Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Trade & Admin Assistant for Hub Brussels; a Belgium Business Support Agency, located in Ramallah, Palestine.
This job includes participation in business conferences, fairs, and visits to Palestinian companies all over the West Bank and Jerusalem as well as occasional international trips.
Contract Type: Permanent. Full-time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Admin Support:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for trade-related activities.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other trade-related documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Maintain and organize trade-related files, documents, and records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for trade-related events or meetings.
  • Perform general clerical duties, and report on the office activities.
  • Welcome Belgian economic delegations to Palestine.
  • Trade Support:
  • Assist the Trade and Invest Counselor in managing incoming inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain contact with local business institutions and with local businesses.
  • Perform market prospects and contacts research.
  • Data Management:
  • Assist in maintaining and updating trade-related databases, CRM, and information systems.

متطلبات الوظيفة
Special Requirements & Skills: 
  1. Proven experience in providing administrative support, preferably in a trade-related environment.
  2. Knowledge of the Palestinian business ecosystem.
  3. Competencies: independent, reliable, proactive, able to take initiative, discretion, and efficient.
  4. Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks.
  5. Excellent English and Arabic communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software applications.
  7. Experience working with Palestinian business institutions is a plus.
  8. A driving license and a personal car are a plus.
  9. Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally.
Years of experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or economic/commercial fields.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economic, Management, Commerce, International Trade, Public Administration, or a related field.
Ramallah, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Fluent in English & Arabic.
French or Dutch is a plus.
