An-Najah National University Hospital (NNUH) is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the following position:
Technical and Administrative Assistant

Essential Job Functions:
- Organize the work of the engineering office administratively (organizing meeting dates, responding to e-mail etc...)
- Writing, printing, formatting and editing texts and correspondence.
- Writing minutes of meetings and reports on the progress of work as assigned to him.
- Contact and communicate with whoever is needed.
- Archiving files and records.
- Assisting in the production and drawing of engineering plans.
- Receiving and delivering correspondence and credits and archiving them.
Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills:
- Diploma in Architecture/Civil/Construction from a recognized institute.
- At least two years of experience in the above-mentioned jobs.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Excellent knowledge of using office software (Microsoft word, Excel, Power point…)
- Fluency in Arabic and English, reading, writing and speaking.
