Team Lead
ASAL Technologies is a leading regional Software and IT Services company based in Ramallah – Palestine.
Leads and mentors a small team within a specific task or project. Responsible for technical aspects of the project. Performs high-level design and enforces technical standards, including software coding standards and those of tools and platforms. Ensures process alignment and team mentoring. Role also includes hands-on development.
Technical Skills
-Having 6+ years of experience in Java and J2EE
-Able to lead a team of developers, with ample opportunity to grow professionally, functionally and technically.
-Aligned with industry best practices towards developing and delivering superior quality software
-Build strong technical, functional, professional value oriented team
-Enhance Team spirit, team learning and team productivity
-Project plan, Delivery on “time, budget and quality”
-Lead industry best practices within self and entire team
-Understand requirements, propose and deliver superior solutions considering NFT aspects
-Experience with client side technologies – Advantage
-Having 2+ years of experience on Agile Scrum methodology.
Personal skills:
-Good leadership capabilities need to guide the offshore team
-Customer facing capabilities coordinate with site counterparts
-Good interpersonal skills, ability to share knowledge with other team members, ability to acquire knowledge within the team, well suited to team work.
