Talented Programs Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Cheif Excecutive Officer (CEO) or his/her delegate.PITA is in search for talented and energetic to perform the following duties and responsibilites:

Talented Programs Coordinator:

1-Maintains an Up-to-Date donor funded project and budget information.
2-Manage the activities and the implementation of donor funded projects.
3-Periodic reporting to donors on the status of the grants and projects in liaison with PITA team members.
4-Organizing press releases and liaison with local newspapers,regional and local websites in liaison with other staff members.
5-Developing Content for newsletter in liason with other PITA team members
6-Support PITA proposal writing
7-Monitoring and Evaluation of projects
8-Maintaining a hardcopy and softcopy of files.

Knowledge ,Skills,and Abilities :

1-Excellent knowledge of project management ,design and analysis
2-Excellent team work ,written and verbal communication skills.
3-Knowledge of the private sector especially the ICT sector is an advantage
4-Fluency in English is a must (writing,and Reading)
5-Knowledge of computer applicationsrelated to work.

Education/Experience :

University degree in Buisness Administration and or Technology Marketing from a credible University
At least 2 years of programs development work experience or
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient successfully to perform the essentail duites of the job.
