Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designing and managing talent development processes (such as succession planning, Training and Learning, leadership assessment, coaching and mentoring, …)
  • Managing & following on Young Leadership Program (YLP) by choosing the candidate and overseeing the implementation of the program activities. 
  • Managing the coaching sessions with the external coach and make sure that the sessions happen in the proper time and place.
  • Managing the mentoring sessions and support to assign the mentors for employees on development.
  • Preparing the development letters for employees on development.  
  • Overseeing the goal of talent optimization as a critical component in accomplishing business goals
  • Conducting needs analysis of the workforce to determine necessary development and learning opportunities and takes the initiative to recommend improvements.
  • Creates and aligns job competencies with processes that attract, develop, and assess talent.
  • Managing the implementing of Ooredoo Palestine Career Path.
  • Conducting assessment for employees who are subject to career path and tracking their development against desired targets.
  • Providing employees with advice and consultation relating to career path changes.
  • Reporting and Analysis of information related to the function
  • Planning and implement structured training programs to support the Ooredoo management, as appropriate.
  • Overseeing the implementation of quality checks on training and reacting to the findings ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with business requirements; ensure that punctual training is developed and delivered when appropriate.
  • Evaluating and reporting for the training program.
  • Managing, reviewing, and analyzing the training budget.
  • Any other related tasks as required by direct manager.

  • Self-dependent and self-starter.
  • Strong reporting skills
  • High proficiency with MS Office suit (mainly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written). 

Work Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in HR, preferably in similar positions.
  • Bachelor‘s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related Filed.
  • Excellent understanding of career path and HR best practices and methodologies.
  • Certification in HR, PMP certification is a plus.
