Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Systems Engineer for an IT Solutions Company, located in Ramallah, Palestine.  

Contract Type: Permanent/Full-time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining hardware, software, peripherals, and network devices in the areas of installation, upgrades, configurations, rollout, and support.
2. Working on virtual infrastructure, vSphere Client, and setting up ESXI hosts virtual environment.
3. Dealing with Windows Server Roles and Services.
4. Responsible for backup and DR installation, configuring, and administration.
5. Responsible for private cloud monitoring and administering.
6. Responsible for firewall administration and troubleshooting.
7. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and retaining existing client loyalty through periodic review visits.
