Software Implementation Coordinator

AAl-Ghassan Systems is looking to hire a Software Implementation Coordinator and Trainer to assist in implementing the company’s Integrated Financial Management Information System at several Municipalities in Palestine. The Implementer will work in a fast-paced agile development environment and must be able to manage communication between developers and clients quickly, work as part of a team, meet deadlines and manage working under stress.

Role and Desccription:

-The coordinator will act as a bridge between the company’s developers and the end-users.
-The coordinator will ensure that the systems are being implemented correctly at the clients’ sites and that the staff is adequately trained.
-He/she will manage all the communication between the clients and the company.
-Tasks at the clients’ sites will include: installation, configuration, training, documentation, and providing technical support and assistance.
-Post-Implementation services will include responding to customer requests providing routine system updates and technical problem resolution

 
Skills Required

-A degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration or any related field.
-Excellent knowledge of Accounting Principles
-Having advanced computer skills is a must.
-Experience with supporting and training end-users
-Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
-Project management skills to include: scheduling, critical thinking, coaching, task management, meetings management, leadership…
-The ability to work under stress
-The ability to work in an agile development environment
-A collaborative and team-oriented personality is a must
-A continued interest in emerging technologies and the desire to keep learning is essential
 
Notes:

The applicant should have no problem using public transport as this post requires travel to remote sites most of the time. All travel expenses will be covered.
