-5 years of experience in supervising a team of customer service staff
-Prior experience in investigating ,solving and handling customer complaints
-Prior experience in cnsumer & business products a plus
-Ability to communicate courteously with customers
-A firm believer in customer service & its importance
-Must be fluent in English ,strong in Excel,Word .
