Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Pre-Sales (Digital Business Solutions) Section Head for a leading Services Company, located in Ramallah, Palestine.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop sales reports.
- Manage relationships and follow up with current/new clients.
- Follow-up on project and change requests of clients.
- Prepare sales visits and presentations to pitch products, services, and combination packages to clients.
- Gain familiarity with the IT industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products.
- Answer the clients' technical questions.
- Acquire new clients to generate new business in the area.
- Identify opportunities and their achievements.
- Coordinate and mobilize resources and suppliers.
- Write and prepare sales offers and presentations.
- Contact customers, requiring effective written and verbal communication and the ability to build customer rapport while managing their expectations.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
- Work with the company's team to develop the go-to-market strategy, helping all to understand our company work and target client needs.
- Work with the technical team on project implementation.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in B2B, ICT, and systems.
- Result and Solution-oriented.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, time management, problem-solving, prioritization,
- and planning skills.
- Excellent organization, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel locally as needed.
4 - 7 years of experience in a similar position.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, MIS, or related field.
Fluent in English & Arabic.
