The Sales Representative is a contracted individual service provider who will aim to provide the best representation of BashaSales in front of current and potential customers, achieving targets, and provide excellent service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing and following up on assigned sales Accounts.
- Participating in promoting and developing BashaSales services and offers.
- Setting objectives for short and long term periods in enhancing and maintaining a professional relationship with customers.
- Assisting with any complaints and quality failures related to his/her accounts to solve the problems at the source.
- Ensuring the proper performance of the tasks according to processes and procedures thus providing good customer experience and satisfaction during acquisitions and activating corporate lines.
- Provide appropriate solutions and answers to the customers' questions and/or problems.
- Participating in the analysis of daily, weekly and monthly activity reports.
- Ensuring proper reconciliation and reporting of daily revenue and cash management.
- Other requested tasks from management.
