Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Sales Manager (Frozen Food Category) for a Trading Company, located in Ramallah, Palestine.

Contract Type: Permanent/Full-time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to maximize annual sales targets.
Maintain growth of annual sales and increase the market share.
Manage sales activities.
Identify strategic sales opportunities and prepare plans to access them.
Monitor changes in the market, and ensure the safe existence of the company.
Review and analyze all sales reports, and submit monthly reports.

Special Requirements & Skills:

Knowledge of the FMCG market, and understanding of the frozen food category.
Proven experience in a sales management position.
Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent social networking skills.
Leadership and Management skills.
Negotiation and persuasion skills.
Planning and organizing skills.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability and willingness to travel.

Years of experience:

Minimum 5 years of related experience including proven experience in meeting sales targets.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Location:
Ramallah, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English.
