We are seeking a Sales Development Representatives )SDR) to join our team working with Papaya Global, and help take it forward to the next level.
As an SDR, you will be focused on a vast pipeline of inbound leads. The role entails creating leads via social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) and other lead gen opportunities and engaging with potential customers through email to qualify these opportunities. You will be directly responsible generate well qualified new leads that fit the ideal profile, including research, prospecting, and initial discovery emails. Meeting your monthly quota by diligently generating qualified sales opportunities.
Developing and maintaining accurate and detailed customer and prospect company information.
Maintaining an updated CRM database and a pipeline of prospects.
Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing)
Experience in a telesales, customer service, help desk, and/or inside sales role of at least 1year (B2B a major plus)
Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets/goals and KPIs
Experience working in a target-driven environment with particular focus on customer satisfaction and quality
Technically proficient and able to clearly communicate with both a technical and non-technical audience
Experience in a SaaS technology sales environment
