Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend all sales enquiries.
- Follow-up on status of sales orders
- Handle correspondence relating to customers
- General administrative work relating to sales agreement, correspondence, etc - quotation, purchase order, delivery order
- Process and Coordinate sales orders with operations department to meet delivery schedules of customer
- Attend and solve any problems arising from sales orders.
- Handle general administrative work - Data entry / filing / issue invoice, delivery order, purchase order etc
- Assist in answering customers calls.
- Maintains a commitment to the company vision and the “Spirit” of the organization.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Excellent Sales and Negotiation Skills.
- Good Team Player.
- Ability to get along with diverse personalities.
- Tactful and Mature.
- Attention to details.
- High proficiency in Arabic and English (Oral/Written).
- Can work under high pressure.
- Flexible regarding work times.
