Position: (Routing and Switching Unit Head )
Department: (Technical Department)

Network Core department at a leading Internet provider wishes to recruit highly motivated personnel for the following challenging and rewarding opportunity:

Duties & Responsibilities:

-BSc Level in Computer engineering or any IT related field .
-Working Experience in Routing and Switching ( 3 – 5 years ) .
-Good theoretical and practical expertise in managing switched and routed networks.
and should have thorough understanding of BGP, OSPF, and Ethernet protocols.
-Excellent in network troubleshooting.
-Good understanding of broadband user authentication mechanisms .
-Good knowledge on network security and quality of service.
-Cisco Professional Certificates is highly desired .
-Experience in Linux and open source would be an asset

Qualifications & Experience:
-Design, implement, and manage a broadband network .
-Lead Network core Routing and Switching team .
-Ensure high availability through all network nodes
-To provide supervisors and employees with all the necessary technical support and guidance within the department.
-To ensure KPI trending analysis to identify Continuous Improvement opportunities.
-Able to read and comprehend procedure documents and manuals including equipment hardware and user guides.
-Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures .
-Displays a positive attitude .
-Demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day work.
-Sets high standards of performance for oneself.
-Establishes harmonious working relationships with team members.
-Appreciates each team member's contributions and values each individual member
