Regional Project Coordinator
Stars of Hope Society “SHS” is a lead organization for women with all types of disabilities in Palestine. It is made up of women with disabilities. It is a woman centered organization which works on a collective model. Our organization is run by women with disabilities, for women with disabilities. It is the only organization of its kind in Palestine and one of a very small number internationally. SHS is inclusive and does not discriminate against any disability.

The Project Coordinator (Ref#: 2014-01/01/RPC) will be based in its office in Ramallah to manage its regional project funded by UN WOMEN (FGE)
Key Responsibilities
-Daily follow-up, coordination and M&E of the projects’ activities.
-Works closely with project staff to develop implementation plans, worksheets and reports
-Coordination with the projects’ partner regional and national team for the activities implemented directly by them.
-Direct liaison on coordinating matters with parties implementing these projects would be the responsibility of this person
-Update the projects’ document tools provided by donors
-Visibility of projects (development of monthly updates, continues upgrading of the website, insuring donor visibility in all activities etc..
Qualifications
-Preferably Master degree in Social Sciences, or other relevant field
-Minimum 4 years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation
-Excellent knowledge of project lifecycle and project design.
-Experience in designing and delivering training
-Strong experience in partnership
-Excellent time management and organizational abilities
-Very good oral and written skills (English&Arabic)
-Commitment to achieving quality results and service
-Ability to communicate information and ideas effect
