Quality Control Managers

International Relief and Development (IRD) is a nongovernmental, nonprofit organization, operating in the West Bank and Gaza since December 2007. IRD is seeking to hire qualified Engineers in the West Bank for the upcoming USAID – Funded projects under the Infrastructure Needs Program II. The positions are as follows:
 

 

-BS Degree or higher in Civil Engineering;
-Significant experience of not less than eight (8) years in quality control/assurance of infrastructure construction;
-Experience in establishing and implementing quality control programs and training;
-Strong management skills in directing project compliance with QA/QC plans;
-Strong communication skills, including proficiency in spoken and written English.


All Positions/Candidates must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in the English language and should include the following information in the cover letter:
