Project Manager

APCO/ArCon ,a USAID approved pime contractor located in Ramallah is seeking the fllowing position for Water & roads infrastructure projects throughout the West Bank.
 

Requirements :
-BS degreeor higher in Civil Engineering.
-10+ years of experience.
-Thorough knowledge of construction management,estimating techniques,project planning and cost control systems.
-Must be knowledgable concerning FAR and /or FIDIC construction contracting.
-Relevant project experience funded with USAID or other international organizations
-Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
-Ability to work under pressure and in cross-cultural situations with political,cultural,and ethnic sensivities and security environments.
-Excellent listening skills,and have strong communication skills.
