Reports to: CEO, Al Quds University Business Center for Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship (BCITE)


The Al Quds University Business Center for Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship (BCITE) is dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship, innovation, and startup growth in Palestine and the broader Arab region.

To foster the development and growth of early-stage startups and entrepreneurial ventures by providing them with the essential resources, mentorship, and support infrastructure, ultimately leading to sustainable business growth and increased chances of long-term success.


  1. Offering specialized and advanced skilling training programs that contribute to the economic growth of the country.
  2. Employing modern technology in the development and expansion of various economic sectors through the introduction of productive projects.
  3. To promote research commercialization and knowledge transfer
  4. Providing jobs in the technology sector through professional training and E-working systems.
  5. Developing technology innovation Labs that support business incubators with advanced technology, such as augmented reality, virtual reality, smart technology, artificial intelligence, and innovation Fab labs.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Business Incubator Coordinator to support the growth and success of startups and entrepreneurial initiatives within our incubation program. The coordinator will work directly with startups, providing them with the resources, mentorship, and tools necessary to turn their ideas into scalable businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Startup Support & Mentorship: Regularly liaise with startups to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Connect them with appropriate mentors, experts, and resources within and outside the organization.
  2. Program Development & Improvement: Regularly review and enhance the incubator program structure, offerings, and processes to ensure they align with best practices and the evolving needs of the startups.
  3. Networking & Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, investors, service providers, and other stakeholders to expand the incubator's resource network.
  4. Workshops & Events: Organize and oversee events such as training sessions, workshops, demo days, and networking events that benefit the startups and the incubator community.
  5. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the progress of startups and gather metrics to assess the impact of the incubation program. Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  6. Admissions & Selection: Coordinate the process of selecting startups for the incubation program. This includes advertising the program, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews.
  7. Resource Allocation: Ensure that startups have access to necessary physical resources such as office space, labs, or equipment.
  8. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for startups, mentors, investors, and other stakeholders involved in the incubation process.
  9. Budget Management: Oversee the budget allocated for the incubator program, ensuring judicious use of funds and transparency in expenditures.

متطلبات الوظيفة


  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  2. 3+ years of experience in business development, startup ecosystem, or a related area. Prior experience in an incubator, accelerator, or venture capital environment is highly desirable.
  3. Strong network within the startup ecosystem, including connections with mentors, investors, and other stakeholders.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously.
  6. Familiarity with business models, market research, and financial planning.

Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
