Al Pinar General Trading Company is a leading Palestinian Company established in 1999 as family business and grew to become one of the major investments in Palestine in the food industry particularly in manufacturing and distributing dairy products (35 products under 5 major categories) in the West bank/ Gaza and East Jerusalem
Al Pinar has developed several recipes for its products with various sizes to meet and satisfy consumers demands and tastes. They include Lebaneh, Yogurt, Cheese, Fresh up and High Fresh and flavored yogurt
Al Pinar has built its own distribution channel and fleet to cover the local market effectively and efficiently.
Procurement Officer is the focal point to manage and structure all relationships with existing suppliers and attract new suppliers locally, regionally, and internationally.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manage safety stock level of all related items such as packaging material, raw materials, and other items that are essential for day- to-day operations
-conduct the procurement process according to the company procurement policy and procedures
-Identify, source, contract, and procure the needed good or service from qualified suppliers
-Manage supplier performance and compliance
-Prepare tenders, support documentation, and collection of bids; and prepare all required procurement transactions;
-Maintain and updatedfixed assets register
-Implement technologies, processes, policies, and procedures to support the purchasing process (Supplier Relationship Management).
-A bachelor degree in Business Administration, accounting, or any related field
-At least two years experience in Procurement preferably working in Manufacturing or Food sector
-Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-Very good English and Arabic language
-Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
