Job Description:
Ericsson is looking for Pricing Manager for Ericsson Palestine.

Major areas of RESPONSIBILITY include:
-Secure first time right pricing and set customer unit price levels in agreement with Global Commercial
Support where appropriate
-Drive pricing activities during tenders, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives, strategies, and profitability requirements, taking into account global & local guidelines, pricing strategies, local market conditions, and market value based pricing
-Manage and control unitary prices levels and models throughout the sales process. Secure that price and commercial T&C are mutually adjusted during tender preparation and remain in line with
the global & local guidelines, pricing strategies, and market conditions
-Suggest the customer pricing strategy taking into account factors such as customer history, existing price levels, size of the network, gross margin, business/competitor analysis, and Terms & Conditions.

The pricing strategy should cover recommendation on application of discounts, vouchers and/or incentives, commercial packaging and profit level
-Perform and validate profitability analysis where appropriate and submit it to the related parties and
business management for profitability decisions & approval before the delivery of the proposal
-Provide support for the cash-flow analysis
-Propose overall commercial strategies and prices
-Adapt commercial requirements of sales process,inline with Market Unit sales directives & work instructions
-Deploy price directives, price lists and strategies
-Analyze customer commercial requirements
-Influence solution decision based on pricing and cash-flow perspective
-Perform scenario modulations pricing Ensure that commercial risks are captured with mitigation plan and related costs in risk assessment
-Create & maintain customer price lists
-As a member of the Pricing Team, develop and maintain the Customer Unit pricing process, ensuring it is aligned with Ericsson sales process, leverages past experience and delivers fast and accurate pricing of offerings with high quality output

A Suitable candidate should have the following DEGREE:
-Bachelor's and/or Masters degree from a related field such as Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Science

A Suitable candidate should possess some of the following

-Genuine understanding of the operators, service provider environment as well as the business fundamentals of mobile network operators
-Commercial knowledge
-Sales processes, Pricing methodologies and tools &directives
-Financial knowledge including particularly costing, budgeting and cash flow
-Handling database and excel worksheets, excellence in excel usage
-Medium/High level product/solution understanding to set right pricing model
-Competitor & market knowledge

-Minimum 3 years relevant sales and/or price related experience preferably in a multi-cultural environment
