We are looking for a responsible Operation Manager:
Our company is seeking an Operation Manager to join our reservation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build up experience in the travel market. This person would be responsible to manage day to day operations, completion of travel arrangements for our clients, manage all activities related to operations and development of company products and process maintenance as necessary to meet client needs.
- Bachelor´s degree in business admiration or English
- Working knowledge of a GDS System Amadeus
- Strong working knowledge as a booking and ticketing agent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Develops alternative solutions; work well in group problem solving situations.
- Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs.
- Ability to support the client’s needs during 24/7.
