We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Office Administrator to support the smooth operation of our Ramallah office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively. This role requires a high degree of organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

- Provide administrative assistance to the office team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling phone and email inquiries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related communication, both internal and external. Maintain professional and courteous interactions with visitors and employees.
- Maintain an organized, and welcoming office environment. Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture as needed.
- Assist in scheduling interviews, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements and transportation for employees when required.
- Assist in document management. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, documents, and records.
- Resident of Ramallah or Bireh (MUST).
- Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor's degree. (Business administration or a related field is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
